Rabbi, It was with mixed emotions that I read your e-mail. Obviously I am happy for your finding new employment, but disappointed you will be leaving town. It does sound like a wonderful oportunity where you can combine both your spiritual gifts and love for music. So I say Mazel Tov and my only advice is to make sure you pack your long undies for the winter months.
